While the code is just as strong as our Pro+ Custom package, it does have its limitations when it comes to design and how many pages you can have. Our Pro+ Custom option is built fully from scratch. We start by creating design mock-ups and go over every design element before converting it into the design within Shopify. These plans often require more maintenance as well because they are much larger projects, but ultimately give your brand a one-of-one feel.
3. How long does it typically take to have a site developed?
Typically Pro sites take 5 weeks, and Pro+ sites take 9 weeks on average, but this can vary depending on specific requirements, the initial content provided, and scheduling availability.
4. Is there support included?
Yes, because we are Shopify Partners, we are able to access your site upon your request to make changes, fix any errors, and even record video tutorials for you to learn from. Any deep coding or heavy site changes may require an additional cost billed hourly, however. We do all of this free of charge for the first four months once your site is published.
