- QUOTE FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES
All quotes supplied by Raging Websites are valid for 7 days from the date the quote is provided. Raging Websites may amend this period as it deems fit. Acceptance can be provided in writing, via electronic mail, in writing or via fax.
- COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICES
3.1 Raging Websites will send you an email requesting additional information for the project. Raging Websites will commence work within fourteen (14) days after the date of receipt of information.
3.2 Raging Websites will use its best endeavors to provide service to you within a reasonable timeframe. Raging Websites will not be liable for delays.
- PAYMENT TERMS
You agree to pay for the products and services in full prior to work commencing on the project, unless otherwise agreed at Raging Website’s discretion. Invoices are payable within the five (5) business days from the date of the invoice.
- COPYWRITING
5.1 Raging Websites agrees to produce written material for inclusion on your website upon your request and per agreed specifications. Raging Websites agrees that it will be the sole author of the work, which will be original work by Raging Websites, free of plagiarism. Raging Websites agrees to use reasonable care to ensure that all facts and statements in the work are true and that the work does not infringe upon any copyright, right of privacy, proprietary right, right of publicity or any other right of a third party.
5.2 You may provide additional copy to Raging Websites. You accept full responsibility for all details contained in the copy provided to Raging Websites and agree to use reasonable care to ensure that all facts and statements in the work are true and that the work does not infringe any copyright, right of privacy, proprietary right, right of publicity or any other right of a third party.
- WEB DESIGN
6.1 Raging Websites agrees to design and develop a website at your request and will deliver the work to the agreed specifications.
6.2 You are solely responsible for preparing and posting detailed descriptions. You agree to provide Raging Websites with the required information within 21 days.
6.3 You agree to supply Raging Websites with adequate photography or imagery to use in the design. In addition to that you are responsible for acquiring and purchasing a domain name.
6.4 You acknowledge that Raging Websites is not responsible for any errors, grammatical or otherwise found in submitted material you provide towards the design and development of the website.

7.1 Raging Websites agrees to provide you with SEO Services as described herein below. Raging Websites is authorized to use the specific keywords and/or phrases you have provided for development, improving the ranking of, and/or positioning the contents of your URL (s) in search engines and/or directories.
7.2 SEO Services are intended to provide you with preferential positioning in selected search engines and report results on an ongoing and timely basis. SEO Services include:
– research keywords and phrases to select appropriate, relevant search terms.
– submit your pages to search engines and directories.
– Modify the title tags, meta tags, content, HTML code, URLs and other on page factors.
- ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION 8.1 Raging Websites is not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
