I hereby agree to the following terms as a sales representative contractor for Raging Agency:

1. I acknowledge that I am a W-9 contractor and will receive a 1099 form for tax purposes. I understand that I will not be paid until I have completed and submitted the W-9 documentation to [email protected] with the subject line 'W9 [My Name] [Year]'. I agree to resubmit this documentation each December for the following year.

2. I commit to legally and ethically contacting all leads provided to me, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations regarding sales practices and communication.

3. I understand that I will not be paid for any leads falsely sold that result in chargebacks or refunds.

4. I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, client data, and business strategies of Raging Agency.

5. I acknowledge that I am an independent contractor and not an employee of Raging Agency. As such, I am responsible for my own taxes, insurance, and any other obligations related to self-employment.

6. I will not engage in any activities that could be considered a conflict of interest with Raging Agency during the term of our agreement.

7. I agree to represent Raging Agency professionally and ethically at all times when interacting with leads and clients.

8. I understand that any intellectual property created during my contract work belongs to Raging Agency.

9. I will comply with all of Raging Agency's policies and procedures as communicated to me.

10. I acknowledge that this agreement does not guarantee any specific amount of work or compensation.
