Pricing and Fees

• Pricing is outlined in your subscription or individual invoice (not listed online).

• A 4.2% VAT is applied to all invoices for accounting and credit card processing fees.

• Payments are expected on-time via auto-pay.

  Payment Processing

• All payments must be processed through Stripe.

• Payment methods vary based on location and service.

• Financing options may be available via third-party providers like Klarna.

• Note: Raging Agency does not determine APR rates or control financing.

  Service Terms

• Minimum term length is 4 months, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

  Cancellation Policy

• 30-day written cancellation notice required via email to [email protected] and cc [email protected] for retainer clients.

• A 15-minute survey call must be scheduled before cancellation.

• No termination within 14 days of billing (no exceptions). Termination between 15-29 days will incur a cancelation fee of 35% of the monthly retainer.

• No refunds on past payments.

• All projects must be paid in full, even in the result of cancellation, unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

Website Footer Requirement

• Mandatory inclusion of Raging Agency name and link in the footer for websites built by us.

• This requirement can be waived for a one-time fee of $45,000.00.

Client Communication and Project Continuity

• We aim to respond within 48 hours during business hours.

• Non-response penalty of $250 applies after 14 days of last email contact and continues $250 for each subsequent day.

• Projects may be terminated without refund after 21 business days of no contact via email.

  Advertising Spend

• Not included unless stated in your agreement.

• For PPC marketing, additional costs billed directly by advertisers (e.g., META, Google, TikTok).

  Website Transferability

• Websites created by Raging Agency cannot be transferred to WordPress or any other hosting provider.

  Referral Program

• Raging Agency offers an optional referral program. Please submit your referral here: https://ragingagency.com/refer.

  Billing Inquiries

• Email [email protected] for any billing questions. Email at minimum 5 business days prior to your next billing cycle with any questions. No refunds on past payments.
