This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information you provide through ragingagency.com and related digital properties. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

• Newsletter signups, contact forms, and Strategy Call booking forms on the website
• Email correspondence initiated through info@ragingagency.com

• Any third-party tools embedded on or linked from the website (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GoHighLevel, calendar booking widgets, and similar)

This policy does not cover information collected in active client engagements. Client engagements are governed by separately signed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) where applicable.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and business name when you submit a contact form, newsletter signup, or Strategy Call booking form; business details (industry, revenue range, ad spend, current marketing tools) when you submit a discovery intake; communication history when you email or call us; and any other information you voluntarily provide.

Information collected automatically: browser type, device type, operating system, IP address, approximate geographic location, pages visited, time on page, clickstream behavior, referring URL, cookies and similar tracking technologies, and form submission timestamps.

Information collected through third parties: Google Analytics (aggregated traffic and behavior data), Meta Pixel and CAPI (conversion and attribution data), GoHighLevel CRM (contact records, communication history, and booking activity), calendar booking widgets, and Stripe (payment processing -- we do not store full payment card data; Stripe handles this in compliance with PCI-DSS).

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to: respond to inquiries and provide requested information; schedule and confirm Strategy Calls; send newsletter content if you have opted in; improve the website, our services, and our marketing; analyze website performance and user behavior in aggregate; comply with legal obligations; protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; and provide services under an active client engagement (governed by MSA).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Third-party services we use

The following third parties may receive your information in the course of normal website operation:

We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with vendors that handle protected health information (PHI) for any active client engagement that requires HIPAA-compliant data flow. PHI is not transmitted through the public website.

Cookies and tracking technologies

ragingagency.com uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to: maintain session state and remember preferences; measure aggregate site traffic and user behavior; track conversions from paid advertising campaigns; enable retargeting through Meta, Google, and other ad platforms; and support fraud detection and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some website functionality. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically feasible.

Your rights under California law (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, share, or sell; request a copy of the personal information we hold about you; request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

Your rights under European law (GDPR)

Raging Agency primarily serves US-based clients. We do not actively market to EU or UK residents. If you are an EU or UK resident and you have voluntarily contacted us, you have the rights described under GDPR and the UK GDPR, including: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, and right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email info@ragingagency.com with the subject line "GDPR Request." International transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Children's privacy

ragingagency.com is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information to us should email info@ragingagency.com.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, respond to inquiries, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact form and Strategy Call submissions are retained for the life of the relationship plus 7 years. Newsletter subscribers are retained until unsubscribed plus 1 year for suppression list management. Client engagement data is governed by the MSA, typically retained for the life of the engagement plus 7 years.

Data security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for stored data where supported by vendors, access controls based on role, regular security reviews, multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, and BAAs with vendors handling PHI in client engagements. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Health information and HIPAA

Raging Agency is not a HIPAA-covered entity for public website visitors. We do not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI) through the public website. For active client engagements where PHI may flow through Raging Agency's tools, we execute BAAs with the client and with downstream vendors handling PHI. Do not transmit PHI through the public website, contact form, or general email correspondence.

Marketing communications

You may receive marketing communications from Raging Agency if you have opted in to our newsletter, scheduled a Strategy Call, or are an active client. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing info@ragingagency.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional communications.

Third-party links

Our website contains links to third-party websites (FDA, FTC, Meta Business, Google Ads, LegitScript, AmSpa, and others). This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites. Review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged with a notice on the website's footer or via email to newsletter subscribers and active clients.
